How to Use This Template
Copy the Master Credential Tracker into a spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar). Add one row per active employee. Fill in all fields at hire and update when any credential is renewed. Set calendar reminders at the 90-day and 30-day marks before each expiration. Review the full tracker monthly.
